Privacy Policy
How CollegePredictor.AI handles information while helping you explore college admissions in India.
Information you provide
When you sign in with Google, we use account information such as your name, email address, and account identifier to create and maintain your account. We store the exam preferences you submit, such as your paper, score, category, and qualifying degree, along with support messages and purchase records.
How we use information
We use this information to provide exam-specific tools, remember preferences, confirm paid access, answer support requests, and maintain the service. Profiles, preferences, and paid access are organised by exam. Buying access to one exam does not give premium access to another.
Access information and fair use
Technical information such as request logs, IP addresses, browser information, access times, and usage activity may be processed to operate the service, investigate problems, and identify account sharing or excessive use. Usage restrictions may apply to free and premium accounts under our fair-use terms.
Cookies, storage, and analytics
We use cookies and browser storage for authentication, preferences, and interface settings. Where enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand service usage. Browser settings can restrict cookies or storage, but this may affect sign-in and saved preferences.
Service providers and payments
We use providers including Google Firebase for authentication, Neon for database storage, and Stripe for payment processing. Relevant information is processed by these providers to deliver the service. Card details are handled by Stripe; our application stores purchase and payment references. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and your requests
We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain purchase records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email hello@ini.ac from your registered email address. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, security, or legal obligations.
Contact and updates
For privacy questions, contact hello@ini.ac. We may update this policy as the platform changes. The policy published on this page describes our current approach.
